Croeso i Ysgol Gymunedol Cei Newydd

Lleolir Ysgol Gymunedol Cei Newydd ym mhentref Cei Newydd, tua 7 milltir i'r de o Aberaeron, ar arfordir godidog Sir Ceredigion. Rydym wedi ein categoreiddio fel ysgol Trosiannol 2 ac yn y broses o newid darpariaeth yr addysg i gyfrwng y Gymraeg hyd at flwyddyn 2.

 Rydym yn falch iawn o’n hysgol, ein cymuned leol, a llwyddiannau ein disgyblion. Mae'r staff a'r llywodraethwyr wedi ymrwymo i gefnogi pob plentyn i gyrraedd eu llawn botensial. Er mwyn gwneud hyn teimlwn ei fod yn bwysig i bob plentyn deimlo’n hapus, yn ddiogel ac i gael ei werthfawrogi fel rhan o’n teulu ysgol. Credwn fod plant yn ffynnu mewn amgylchedd gofalgar a chefnogol lle maent yn teimlo’n gartrefol. Trwy weithio’n agos gyda theuluoedd a’r gymuned, ein nod yw creu awyrgylch gynnes a meithringar lle gall pob plentyn fagu hyder, datblygu cariad at ddysgu, a chyrraedd ei lawn botensial.

Welcome to Ysgol Gymunedol Cei Newydd 

Ysgol Gymunedol Cei Newydd is located in the village of New Quay, approximately 7 miles south of Aberaeron, on the magnificent coast of Ceredigion. We are categorised as a Transitional 2 school and are in the process of changing the provision of education to the medium of Welsh up to year 2. 

We are very proud of our school, our local community, and the successes of our pupils. The staff and governors are committed to supporting all children to reach their full potential. In order to do this we feel it is important for every child to feel happy, safe and to be valued as part of our school family. We believe that children thrive in a caring and supportive environment where they feel at home. By working closely with families and the community, our aim is to create a warm and nurturing atmosphere where every child can gain confidence, develop a love of learning, and reach their full potential.
